Grilled Chicken Satay

1.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter, curry powder and lime juice.

2.

Place the chicken in the marinade and leave to marinate for about 12 hours (or overnight) in the fridge.

3.

When ready to cook, preheat the broiler or grill to high.

4.

Put the chicken on skewers and cook for about 5 minutes on each side (or until cooked through).

5.

Serve immediately.
