Banana Breakfast Shake

1.In a blender, combine the banana, milk, vanilla and almond extract.

Blend for about 20 seconds (until smooth).

3.

Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (if desired).

4.

Freeze for several hours or overnight.
